- Refund Calculation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is undamaged, we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee incurred during the initial delivery.

- Liability: The buyer assumes all risk for loss or damage during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. If the item arrives damaged, a refund will not be issued.
2. Order Cancellations

- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that transaction platform fees (charged by payment processors) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your cancellation refund.

- Incorrect/Insufficient Address: Buyers must ensure the shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures, lost packages, or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

We provide a 180-day warranty from the date of receipt for functional defects not caused by human error.
- Verification: To claim a warranty, we may require photo or video evidence of the defect. In some cases, the product must be returned to our warehouse for technical inspection.
