Defective or Damaged
If the product you received is defective or damaged, you may request a full refund or exchange. However, you must provide clear and comprehensive video evidence demonstrating that the product was damaged at the time of delivery.
We offer a 15-day unconditional return and refund policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you will need to send the package back to our warehouse, and the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Once we receive the returned package and verify that they are undamaged, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.
If the package are damaged or lost in return shipping, the buyer will be held fully responsible.
Cancel The Order
