Return Shipping
We offer a 15-day unconditional return and refund policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you will need to send the package back to our warehouse, and the cost of return shipping will be buyer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the returned package and verify that they are undamaged, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.
If the package are damaged or lost in return shipping, the buyer will be held fully responsible. Refunds will be denied.
Cancel The Order
If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email within 12 hours of placing your order. We will consider the time you sent the email and the time you placed the order as criteria. The transaction platform fees incurred due to the transaction will be non-refundable.
If the cancellation request is made more than 12 hours after placing the order, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.

Warranty Policy
We offer a 180-day warranty starting from the date of receipt for products with non-human-related faults. To process a warranty claim, customers are required to return the product to our warehouse for inspection.

- Products with signs of disassembly or unauthorized repair
